DOMESTIC

• FREE Standard Shipping for all contiguous Australian merchandise orders for active Shopchuluxe.com account holders (please allow 4-8 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order). This benefit does not apply to past orders that were placed prior to having an account.

• FREE Standard Shipping for all contiguous Australian merchandise orders $35+ for customers without a Shopchuluxe.com account. 

INTERNATIONAL: FREE Standard International Shipping on all merchandise orders $75 USD and over.

Domestic Shipping Costs + Delivery Times​​

​​Orders must be placed before 12am AEDT or your specific time zone to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

International Shipping

We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

For International orders less than $75 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.​

Standard (Duty + Tax Prepaid)

  • Delivery is approximately 4-9 business days after the time of shipment

  • Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery

  • Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information

  • Delivery will be made by a local carrier

Standard (Duty + Tax Unpaid)

  • Delivery is approximately 5-10 business days after the time of shipment

  • Duties and taxes are unpaid, customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery

  • Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information

  • Delivery will be made by a local carrier

Please Note

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed

  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays

  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number

  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

  • All prices listed on this page are quoted in AUD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency

  • Duties and taxes vary by country/region and will be determined during checkout

  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

  • International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

  • All Studio De Peau Parfum full-size 75ml products and Liquid Killawatt are considered hazmat and must be shipped internationally via DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

  • International order totals cannot exceed $500

Duties + Taxes Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses , please email Studio De Luxe for assistance at studio.de.luxe@outlook.com

Business Days + Holidays

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Australia. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
